The Women in Leadership Network (WILN), initiated by the European Innovation Council (EIC) to create a gender-balanced workforce and support the role of women in innovation and technology, was launched in pladis in the 4th quarter of 2021. The program aims to bring together women employees from different parts of the world and support each other. In this context, interregional mentoring relationships are carried out to build trust among women, to share insights by establishing more contacts within the network, and to expand the positive impact at the local level. With peer mentoring within the group, each member is provided with a person they can trust, support their career development and develop concrete action plans.
