Yıldız Holding established the Yıldız Holding Women's Platform in March 2021 to increase the effectiveness of female employees under the umbrella of Yıldız Holding and to encourage women's representation at the management and leadership level.

Launched by Yıldız Holding Women's Platform, the social network "Shine Together" was established to announce the efforts made to empower women in the workplace and to enable women employees to share information.
