In Yıldız Holding and its companies within the scope of SATELLITE-Next Generation Working Models. The SATELLITE model consists of four breakdowns according to duties and responsibilities: remote, hybrid, office and sales-area.

In line with this understanding, pladis established Hybrid Working in the UK, Ireland, Europe, Türkiye, USA and emerging markets in 2021, facilitating the agile work of those who can perform some tasks in the once remotely; particularly those with dependents and family responsibilities, of which many continue to be women.
