We aim to increase substantially the woman representation in the pladis leadership teams globally by the end of 2025. To support this aim in 2021, we created Women in Leadership Network as a global leadership movement intended for women leaders.
An international network has been established with women leaders from across pladis’ five regions - UK&I, North America, Western Europe and Emerging Markets (WEEM), Middle East, North Africa and India (MENAI) and Türkiye, Romania, Eastern Europe, Central Asia (TREECA), as well as from Global Functions. Through the network, we aim to create a community, connect, share experiences and facilitate the career advancement of women leaders with the overarching aim of creating a happy, inclusive and performance-based workplace which places importance on the diversity in order to make pladis the best place for women to work.
