With TurkishWIN, we launched our STEM Corporate Membership Program to support the personal development of our senior women leaders and to reinforce our support for diversity, equality, and equity throughout our company. Our 15 women employees working in the STEM area participated in this global sharing platform for 1 year, where women from different countries and different sectors inspire and empower each other.
