YILDIZ HOLDING WOMEN’S PLATFORM IS TO ASSURE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY

Taking a significant step towards reinforcing the culture of equal opportunity in all its companies, Yıldız Holding has established Yıldız Holding Women’s Platform. The purpose of the Platform is to further empower the role of female employees at Yıldız Holding and to encourage women’s leadership.

 

Yıldız Holding has established Yıldız Holding Women’s Platform to further strengthen its business culture based on equality of opportunities, which has been rigorously observed in all its companies since its foundation.

 

Announcing this important initiative to all employees just before March 8 International Women’s Day, Yıldız Holding makes a commitment to take initiatives towards enhancing women’s presence in business life and to implement new practices with active participation of female employees. Begüm Mutuş has been assigned as the Ambassador of Yıldız Holding Women’s Platform, which operates under the auspices of Yıldız Holding Chair Ali Ülker.
